League Check-In Requirements
For the Summer League, teams will not be required to have player passes or be USYS sanctioned. However, if a team already has a USYS roster and player cards, then they can use them. Otherwise, teams can use a Player Pathway Program roster accompanied with passport photos for facial and age verification.
Roster Rules
U13–U15 teams using a 22-player roster may dress a maximum of 18 players per game
Online Check-In Requirements
Teams must upload the following:
Official Roster (USYS, US Club, USSSA, or SAY) or PPP roster.
Handwrite jersey numbers if not included
Handwrite guest player names and jersey numbers at the bottom of the roster
Official Player Passes (must match roster)
League Liability Team Waiver (Coaches can sign off on all players)
Important Deadlines
Check-In Deadline: July 6, 2026
Roster Change Deadline: July 8, 2026
Final Cut-Off: 10:00 PM on July 9, 2026
No changes will be accepted after this time
