📋 LEAGUE Check-In Requirements
| Requirement | Details |

| USYS, US Club Soccer, and Player Passes | Teams can use their current state approved rosters to participate in the league. |
| Current League roster, PPP Roster, and Passports | Teams can also use their current league rosters, create a roster through PPP Leagues accompanied with copies of player passports for age verification. |
💻 Online Check-In Requirements

| Official Roster | USYS or current league roster accepted |
| Jersey Numbers | Must be handwritten if not included |
| Seasonal Players | For those players joining solely for the winter season, names and jersey numbers must be handwritten on roster |
| Player Passes | Must match official roster if using a USYS roster |
| Guest Player Passes | Required if applicable |
| Liability Waiver | Tournament waiver required (digital signatures preferred). This only applies to non-USYS teams. |
🗓️ Important Deadlines

| Initial Roster Change Deadline | December 17, 2026 |
| Final Cut-Off | December 18, 2026 at 10:00 PM |
| Ongoing Roster Changes | Following the initial roster change deadline, teams are permitted to add or remove players from their rosters through Week #4 of the season. |
