Q: When is the league schedule released?
A: Schedules are typically released 1-2 weeks before the league begins. Teams will be notified via email and/or the GotSport app.
Q: How many games are guaranteed?
A: Each team is guaranteed a minimum of 7 league games unless otherwise stated.
Q: What is the format of the tournament?
A: Divisions include group play and depending on the final number of teams, may be followed by playoffs or a championship match.
📍 Location & Facilities
Q: Where are the games played?
A: All games are played at designated club fields or PPP League permitted fields. Maps and addresses will be shared with schedules.
Q: Are pets allowed at the fields?
A: Pets are generally not permitted unless explicitly stated by the venue. Service animals are allowed.
Q: Are there concessions and restrooms available?
A: This will depend on the venue. We recommend reaching out to the home team (or if it a PPP League field, the league to verify).
📝 Registration & Rosters
Q: How do I register my team?
A: Teams register online through GotSport. Flexible payment options are available as teams may register now and pay later, or enter in their credit card information upon registering.
Q: Can I make changes to my roster?
A: Yes, roster changes are allowed up until the 2nd week of the season.
Q: Are player cards required?
A: Depends on the league season. During the the off-season (summer and winter), there is roster flexibility where teams may use a PPP League roster or a roster from their Fall/Spring league. Ideally, we would want all teams to be USYS rostered for the leagues.
🕒 Game Day Rules
Q: How early should teams arrive?
A: Teams should arrive at least 30 minutes before kickoff.
Q: What happens if a team is late?
A: A grace period may be given, but delays can result in forfeits depending on league rules.
Q: Are there referees assigned?
A: Yes, all games are officiated by certified referees.
🌧️ Weather Policy
Q: What happens if it rains?
A: Games are played in rain unless conditions are unsafe. Lightning or severe weather may cause delays or cancellations. However, we recommend that you check with the home team or the league if there are any weather concerns on a given day.
Q: Will games be rescheduled?
A: The league will make every effort to reschedule games, but this is not guaranteed.

Q: Are there trophies or medals?
A: Yes, awards are given to champions and finalists in each division.

Q: Are refunds available if we withdraw?
A: Refunds depend on timing. Typically, no refunds are issued after schedules are released.
Q: What if the tournament is canceled?
A: Partial refunds or credits may be issued depending on how many games were played.
