League Check-In Requirements
For the Maryland Soccer Alliance Summer League, teams will not be required to have player passes or be USYS sanctioned. However, if a team already has a USYS roster and player cards, then they can use them. Otherwise, teams can use a Player Pathway Program roster accompanied with passport photos for facial and age verification.
Roster Rules
U13–U15 teams using a 22-player roster may dress a maximum of 18 players per game
Online Check-In Requirements
Teams must upload the following:
Official Roster (USYS, US Club, USSSA, or SAY) or MSA roster for teams without USYS or US Club.
MSA roster/team waiver
Teams must upload the following:
Official Roster (USYS, US Club) if applicable.
Teams may also use Club Passes
Official Player Passes (must match roster) if applicable. r
Handwrite guest player names and jersey numbers at the bottom of the roster
Official Player Passes (must match roster)
League Liability Team Waiver (Coaches can sign off on all players)
Important Deadlines
Check-In Deadline: July 8, 2027
Roster Change Deadline: July 9, 2027
Final Cut-Off: 10:00 PM on July 10, 2027
Once rosters have been submitted, this will be your primary roster. If you would like to add players, then you will have to re-submit the roster.
