Roster Rules
Teams may use a USYS, US Club Soccer, or a current league roster.
Online Check-In Requirements
Teams must upload the following:
Official Roster (USYS or US Club)
Handwrite jersey numbers if not included
Handwrite guest player names and jersey numbers at the bottom of the roster
Official Player Passes (must match roster)
Guest Player Passes (if applicable)
Tournament Liability Waiver
Digital signatures preferred
Important Deadlines
Check-In Deadline: August 19, 2026
Roster Change Deadline: August 20, 2026
Final Cut-Off: 11:59 PM on August 21, 2026
No changes will be accepted after this time
Important Notes
Birth certificates are NOT accepted
All documents must be completed before deadlines
